Abdelmalek Chetta

Abdelmalek Chetta, a tech industry veteran with 20 years of experience in Algeria, is a co-owner and board member at Itihad.Group, an IT conglomerate focused on digital transformation, housing various IT services and product companies. Abdelmalek also lectures on IT management at USTHB, Algeria's largest university, and provides management coaching. He started his career at Itihad Group, helping it grow into a top IT solutions provider. His background in theoretical physics, deep IT sector knowledge, and belief in digital transformation as a catalyst for Algeria's and Africa's development make him a key figure in the industry. Furthermore, Abdelmalek serves as one of the jury members and coaches for the acceleration and incubation programs within Itihad Group.

Abdelouahab Gaoua

Alongside his partners, Abdelouahab established ITIHAD GROUP, an accelerator dedicated to nurturing emerging startups, where he also serves as a respected jury member and coach in the incubation and acceleration program. Abdelouahab GAOUA is a founding member of the Algerian Group of Digital Actors, exemplifying his unwavering commitment to advancing the country's digital landscape and leaving a lasting impact on the industry.
